Our signature traditional Country Road® Feta cheese preserves the Bulgarian food making traditions spanning more than one thousand years of experience. It can be made from sheep's, goat's or cow's milk. It is white in color, has a sharp, salty taste, and it usually has a crumbly texture. It is excellent in salads or dipped in olive oil as an appetizer.
